Digital Products

Your purchased workout plan will be delivered via email (as an attachment or download link).
Please double-check your email address and inspect your spam/junk folder.

If you do not receive your file within 72 hours, contact [email protected] immediately. Delayed communication may result in forfeiture of access.
We do not provide technical support related to personal devices, email platforms, or third-party applications.

You will receive the digital product in the language selected at checkout (Arabic or English). Language selection is final — changes cannot be made post-purchase. If you require an additional version, you must purchase it separately.

Consultation Services

Consultations are conducted through voice or video conferencing platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and access to appropriate hardware/software.
All consultation bookings are final — no cancellations or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited. You may, however, take notes during the call if desired.

You acknowledge and agree that TheOmarObaid coaching style is direct, assertive, and performance-focused. Tone, language, or approach shall not be grounds for complaint, refund, or legal recourse.

TheOmarObaid does not provide mental health counseling or therapeutic services.

WhatsApp-Based Personal Training

Certain training programs include personalized communication through WhatsApp, including voice notes, messages, images, and progress feedback. By enrolling, you agree that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in remote fitness coaching.
  
  

• All communication is confidential and must not be copied, altered, forwarded, or publicly shared.
  
  

• TheOmarObaid.co is not liable for injuries, misunderstandings, or misapplication of instructions carried out without supervision.

Screenshots, recordings, or public sharing of any private conversation is a violation of these Terms and may lead to legal consequences.
TheOmarObaid.co reserves the right to use before/after progress images on social media for promotional purposes — provided the client’s face is blurred or covered.

Code of Conduct & Coaching Style Disclaimer

TheOmarObaid.co programs are intentionally designed to reflect a tough-love, high-discipline coaching style. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating voluntarily in a structured coaching experience led by a certified professional.
  
  

• Communication may be assertive, intense, or emotionally challenging — this is by design and not to be misconstrued as offensive or inappropriate.
  
  

• Coaching tone, style, or delivery is not subject to refund, complaint, or defamation, and cannot be used as grounds for legal action of any kind.
  
  

• If you are seeking emotional comfort, sympathy, or therapeutic support, this program is not suitable for you.
  
  

• Omar retains full autonomy over his coaching methodology, delivery style, and client engagement model.
  
  

Download Policy

If your product is delivered via download link, access may be time-limited or restricted to a specific number of downloads.
Once downloaded, the file becomes your sole responsibility to store and maintain.

We are not obligated to resend files at a later time. You are fully responsible for your own device storage, backup, and internet connection.

No Sharing Policy

All digital plans are licensed for single-user access only. You are strictly prohibited from:
